06/04/2020 to 06/04/2020 - OSU CME-Airway Simulation 2020: In this Airway Simulation training, attendees will begin by gaining foundational knowledge of evaluating an airway and progress to hands on training utilizing rescue devices and techniques. This training will allow the attendee to be better equipped to manage patients with this critical need.

2:30-2:40pm Break
2:40-3:30pm Difficult Airways (Lecture & hands on)
3:30-4:15pm Cric (Lecture & hands on)
4:15-5:10pm Scenarios

• 4 AOA Category 1-A CME credits anticipated
• 4 AAFP Prescribed credits anticipated

The OSU-COM Continuing Medical Education office is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians.

The OSU-COM CME office designates this program for a maximum of 4 AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME commensurate with the extent of the physician's participation in this activity.

Application for Prescribed credit has been filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians. Determination of Prescribed credit is pending.

AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM toward the AMA Physician's Recognition Award. When applying for the AMA PRA, Prescribed credit earned must be reported as Prescribed credit, not as Category 1.
